Equipment:    

We have multiple thermoforming ovens with the capability of producing a 6' x 10' part.

Facility:    

Company owned 40,000 sq. ft. building with 19,000 sq. ft. dedication to warehousing and distribution.

Materials:    

We specialize in all formable plastic materials including, but not limited to, ABS, Styrene, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PETG, and Polycarbonate.

Processes:    

From the initial forming we can then assemble parts through the use of welds, bends, flocks, and adhesives.   We can also attach, per your specifications, various hardware items possibly eliminating your sub-assembly needs.

Tooling:    

We have complete In-House tooling capability.  Tool construction materials include wood, fiberglass, aluminum, ceramic fiberglass, and epoxy resins.  We specialize in design assistance, troubleshooting part and tool function prior to final development. We also are proficient in producing products that require negative drafting.
